Is SpineCor appropriate for every scoliosis curve?
No. Candidacy depends on the patient’s curve pattern, magnitude, growth stage,
progression risk and clinical findings. The first step is X-ray review.
Can the initial review begin remotely?
Yes. The review can begin with submitted standing X-rays and a consultation.
A physical examination and brace fitting must be completed in person in NYC.
Can the brace be worn during school and daily activities?
SpineCor is designed to permit greater mobility than a hard-shell brace.
Individual wear and activity guidance is provided after clinical evaluation.
What X-rays should we submit?
Submit the most recent standing scoliosis X-rays available. Full-spine frontal
and side views are preferred when available.
